In the AGM, we will need to elect new committees for the next term as the 2018/2019 term will be stepping down.

4. Voting Rights and Rules
Only members of HMS are allowed to vote.
The election process will start off with nominees presenting their manifesto for their respective roles in which will be followed up with a question and answer session. Before voting commence, the floor is open for nomination if members are not satisfied with current candidates. Re-Open for Nomination (RON) option will be available alongside all the candidates and is to serve the purpose of reopening the nominations where all candidates are rejected. Decision for elected candidates will be on the basis of a simple majority.
Every candidate gets 5 minutes to present themselves followed by a 5 minute QnA session.
